    INQUIRY FORM AND DISCOVERY CONSULTATION

    Start the journey by filling out our online inquiry form below and we will give you a call to set up an initial paid consultation. During this consult, we want to learn more about your project, provide our early thoughts, and decide if our full service offerings fit your needs. This payment will be reimbursed if we partner with you on the larger project.

    ONBOARDING & PROPOSAL

    Using the information gathered from our discovery meeting, we will create a customized proposal for your project. This proposal will outline the estimated scope of work and the design fee structure associated with it.

    CONCEPT & DESIGN PHASE

    This is when the magic starts to happen! Velocette Studio will pull from our wide ranging skillset and work closely with you to create the project of your dreams. We include the below items in our full service design packages.

    PROCUREMENT & ORDERING

    It’s a lot more work than you think it is! For products that exist in the world, we help you source, place, track, and receive orders.

    Sometimes, the object we imagine, just for you, does not exist in the world! No worries, our Studio is expert in designing custom elements and finding the perfect makers to build ideas into reality.

    CONSTRUCTION & TRADE ADMINISTRATION


    Ideas are important but you need a designer who also knows how to bring them into the physical world and WE DO!

    Velocette Studio follows through on design with regular site visits to ensure construction conforms with the design intent. We build strong relationships with the contractors and vendors to minimize the inevitable UH-OHS that occur on large scale projects.

    THE BIG REVEAL

    DREAM BIG down to the DETAILS! When the construction dust settles, we set the furnishings and decor.

    We want to document everyone’s hard work once the finishing touches are complete and will oversee your photo styling and photography to ensure we capture the best results.
